And, after a class or at the end of a unit, she writes in a box across the bottom of the sheet a reflection - basically, a summary of what she thinks she learned. How did COVID-19 change your perspective on your career and your life in general? The pandemic has reminded me that the most important thing in my life is bonding with friends, colleagues, and my loved ones. The new tracking system was applied to more areas than I expected and proved to be a win-win for many departments. Once we achieved good results and better team cohesion, my managers were willing to provide a larger budget. Meanwhile, I had to convince my managers and stakeholders that my approach and strategy brought benefit to the company. I spent most of my time communicating with different teams to understand the workflow and testing it to ensure everything was up and running. I also needed to build the end-to-end process, from searching the available parameters to fit our systems to checking the data. One of the big challenges was helping to motivate our teams. For this initiative, I led a small group with four people from different departments, such as engineers, marketing team, sales team, and support team.
